Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on fm24 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
Deposits are generally reflected in your account within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 business hours after verification. During periods of high traffic or when additional verification is required, processing times may be longer.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Fm24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, suspected money laundering, or operating multiple accounts. Upon closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonuses or funds deemed suspicious may be forfeited.
